Refund Policy

1. Credit Pack Refunds

All credit pack payments are processed through Waffo Pancake, our Merchant of Record. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

• Within 14 days of purchase: Full refund available for unused credits.
• After 14 days: No refunds are provided.
• Used Credits: Credits that have already been used for thumbnail generation are non-refundable.

2. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

3. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge through your bank, your account will be suspended pending resolution.
