What We Generate

Thumbfa.st uses AI to create YouTube thumbnail images with face consistency. Our service:

• Generates 4 unique thumbnail variants based on your text prompts
• Maintains consistent facial identity across all generations
• Provides professional-quality 1280x720 pixel images
• Offers template-based and custom prompt generation
• Stores your generation history for future access

Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use Thumbfa.st to generate content that:

1. Adult or Sexually Explicit Content

• Nude or partially nude individuals
• Sexually explicit poses or situations
• Adult products or services
• Sexually suggestive content involving minors

2. Harmful or Dangerous Content

• Violence or physical harm
• Self-harm or suicide promotion
• Eating disorders or harmful behaviors
• Dangerous challenges or stunts
• Weapons or weapon promotion

3. Hate Speech and Discrimination

• Content that promotes hate based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Racist, sexist, homophobic, or transphobic imagery or text
• Hate symbols or imagery

4. Harassment and Bullying

• Content that harasses, intimidates, or bullies individuals
• Non-consensual imagery
• Revenge porn or intimate image abuse
• Deepfakes or manipulated media intended to harm

5. Misinformation and Deception

• False or misleading information that could cause harm
• Impersonation of individuals, organizations, or brands without authorization
• Fake news or conspiracy theories
• Manipulated media presented as real

6. Illegal Activities

• Drug-related content or promotion
• Alcohol or tobacco promotion to minors
• Gambling or lottery services
• Fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Copyright or trademark infringement

7. Political Content Restrictions

• Political campaign materials (in jurisdictions where restricted)
• Misleading political advertisements

Face Upload Guidelines

When uploading your face photo for thumbnail generation:

• Only upload photos of yourself - Do not upload photos of other people without their explicit consent
• Use clear, high-quality images - Photos should clearly show your face for best results
• Respect copyright - Only use images you have the right to use
• No minors - Users must be 18+ to use our service. Do not upload photos of children

Content Moderation

We employ automated content moderation to detect and prevent prohibited uses:

• AI Content Filtering - All prompts and generated images are scanned using AI moderation
• Human Review - Flagged content may be reviewed by our moderation team
• Account Actions - Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination

Enforcement

If you violate this AUP:

1. First Violation - Warning and content removal
2. Second Violation - Temporary account suspension (7 days)
3. Third Violation - Permanent account termination

Severe violations may result in immediate termination without warning.

Reporting Violations

• Description of the violation
